Manually sharpened by experts to obtain a perfect sharpening angle.
Superior quality stainless steel blade, with chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15). Tempered to reach a hardness of 56 HRC (±2), and provide long-lasting cutting power.
The half-tang blade is laser cut, and penetrates the handle approximately halfway, giving the knife lightness.
Handle injected with Proflex, a hard material that is resistant to possible damage caused by daily use. As it does not have any cracks where food remains can settle, it guarantees safety and easy and effective cleaning.
