Douro Gourmet knife series was inspired by one of the most beautiful and old vineyard regions of Europe, the Douro region. The terraced Douro region is well known for the famous Porto wine and combines human work and cultural values. Douro Gourmet reflects tradition and aesthetics in a solid piece of cutlery that makes cooking a real moment of pleasure for the best gourmets.
Blade made from high-carbon stainless steel with chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15), tempered to reach a hardness of 56 HRC. Hand sharpened by experts, for a perfect sharpening angle and long-lasting cutting power.
Ergonomic handle, molded in a single piece of hard Micarta composite, that provides stability and high strength. Stainless steel rivet.
