The ICEL Anniversary Campaign is an exclusive campaign available through the ICEL, S.A. online store, under which eligible customers receive a gift with purchases of €50.00 or more, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Participation in the campaign constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions – ICEL Anniversary Campaign
1. Organiser
This campaign is organised by ICEL, S.A. and is valid exclusively for purchases made through the official ICEL online store - www.icel.pt

3. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 12:00 a.m. on 4 July until 11:59 p.m. on 31 July 2026, or while stocks last. Should the gift be out of stock, the campaign will end automatically.
4. Eligibility
Customers are eligible to receive the gift when they place an order of €50.00 or more, excluding shipping costs.
The minimum purchase amount is calculated based on the total value of the products in the order, before shipping charges are applied.
All products available in the ICEL online store count towards the minimum purchase amount.
5. Gift
Eligible customers will receive, free of charge, a gift set including:
1 Vegetable Knife;
1 Bread Knife.
The gift is determined by ICEL and cannot be exchanged, customised or selected by the customer.
One gift set will be included with each eligible order. There is no limit to the number of gifts a customer may receive, provided that each order meets the conditions of this campaign.
The free gift is not displayed or identified in the shopping cart during the checkout process. It is automatically added to all orders that meet the conditions of this campaign, and it will be itemized on the corresponding invoice and shipped together with the order.
6. Availability
The gift is available while stocks last.
If the gift is out of stock, the campaign will end automatically. No alternative gift, cash payment or any other form of compensation will be provided.
7. Shipping
The gift will be shipped together with the eligible order at no additional cost.
8. Returns
If an order that qualified for the gift is returned, the customer must also return the gifted items.
If the gift is not returned in its original condition, ICEL reserves the right to deduct its value from the refund, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Territory
This campaign is valid for orders shipped to all countries available for delivery through the ICEL online store at the time the order is placed.
10. Personal Data
Participation in this campaign does not require the collection or processing of any personal data beyond that necessary to process the order, in accordance with ICEL's Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
ICEL, S.A. reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this campaign in the event of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, stock depletion or any other exceptional circumstances that prevent its proper operation, without prejudice to any rights already acquired by consumers.
