The 8.5 cm blade is crafted from premium stainless steel, composed of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15). It is heat-treated to achieve a hardness of 57 ± 2 HRC, ensuring excellent edge retention and high wear resistance.

Each blade is hand-sharpened by skilled specialists, delivering a precise sharpening angle and long-lasting cutting performance, ready to support you in any everyday task.
