Santoku knife, granton edge - Zanger-ICEL Knife SeriesSantoku – Zanger-ICEL Line – Tradition evolving The classic Zanger-ICEL knife series, designed over 50 years ago and still one of our customers’ favourites, welcomes a new model: the Santoku knife with granton edge, where Portuguese tradition meets the versatility of Japanese design. With its wide blade, the Santoku is ideal for cutting, slicing, and chopping meat, fish, herbs, and vegetables. The granton indentations prevent food from sticking, making every cut faster and more precise. Crafted from premium X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, hardened to 57 ± 2 HRC and hand-sharpened by experts, it offers long-lasting cutting performance. The natural Pau Santo wooden handle, finished with a brass bolster and brass rivets, gives the knife the timeless character that has defined the Zanger knife series for decades. Produced in Portugal and backed by an unlimited warranty against manufacturing or material defects, this Santoku brings together tradition, elegance, and exceptional performance. Note: wooden-handled knives should be washed by hand only. | |||
