Forged blade, made of superior quality stainless steel, with chrome-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15). Produced using the steel heating method, followed by molding the piece. It is characterized by having a robust bolster, being heavier, reaching greater hardness and requiring less sharpening. Tempered to reach a hardness of 57 ± 2 HRC. Hand-sharpened by experts to obtain a perfect sharpening angle and provide long-lasting cutting power.
